My name is Yara Annechiarico, and I believe there’s no better place to start a relationship with my clients than by introducing myself, my office and my team.  I fell in love with real estate 20 years ago, the idea of building long-term wealth in many different ways was fascinating to me so I decided to go all in.  I was determined to make it work with the motto, "No is not in my vocabulary".  With that in mind, I knew I had to invest in myself and my knowledge.  I needed to learn every single aspect of real estate.  Over the years I took courses and earned nine designations from the National Association of Realtors® .

I also took it a step further and completed all the required courses to become a General Appraiser. I started property management and I am currently managing a few properties.  As a courtesy to my clients, I became a notary, as well. 

I am known for my sales achievements and ranked among the top agents with over 1,000 sales in the past 20 years.  With Real Estate being so unique, how could you not love it?!
