She negotiated for every offer and she followed up fast through every change. She also sold my place and when the buyer’s agent was missing, Yara jumped in and helped buyer for free in order to speed up this process. Yara always replied to my texts fast and she made this stressful experience fun, because Yara was calm and optimistic when I wasn’t at all. She recommended a topnotch cleaning lady to come in and clean the house for us and boy did they have their work cut out for them, the house never looked so good. When the house was ready to show she made a professional video of the neighborhood and the house inside and out that was unbelievable.
